The custom two-level deck shown here is located in Lincoln University PA, and is approx. 585 sq. ft.
The job began with an existing 400 sf deck. We demo’d existing decking and railing (which were recycled by donation via www.freecycle.org) and relocated both sets of stairs. The existing support structure was strengthened to our quality standards. 185 sf was added to the size of the deck, as well as all new premium #1 pressure treated decking and railing.
